Early risers are up with the sun and keen to start their day in our hotel with breakfast in Tirolo. They can enjoy a nice cup of coffee in peace, and choose what to have from the splendid assortment on the breakfast buffet. Because what would a holiday be without a delicious, wholesome breakfast?

P.S. Did you know …?
The honey comes partly from Meringerhof farm and also from our own ten bee colonies, which are located in a remote part of our garden during the winter months. At the height of summer, we move our bees to the cooler air of Meringerhof farm.

Whether it’s the sun warming your face or a glass of wine in your hand – at Lisetta you’ll always find your very own happy place. Maybe on our sunny terrace, surrounded by olive and citrus trees. Maybe on the new panoramic terrace, where the view stretches endlessly across Merano and the mountains. Or in our Orangerie – a light-flooded winter garden that opens completely on sunny days.
Breakfast with birdsong, a light lunch or a slice of homemade cake in the afternoon: terraces, lounge and Orangerie are made for every moment of the day. Everything is served à la carte – giving you the freedom to choose whatever your heart desires.

… helped her mother and grandma cook for their large family when she was a little girl. But the magical moment for Alice was always making the dessert. She was fascinated to see how flour, eggs and sugar could be transformed into a gorgeous cake - and she still finds this amazing.
