Early risers are up with the sun and keen to start their day in our lovely restaurant with sun terrace. They can enjoy a nice cup of coffee in peace, and choose what to have from the splendid assortment on the breakfast buffet. Because what would a holiday be without a delicious, wholesome breakfast?

P.S. Did you know …?
Some of our eggs come from the hotel’s own chicken coop, which we’re happy to show to children and older guests. The honey comes partly from Meringerhof farm and also from our own eight hives, located in a secluded corner of our garden. At the height of summer, we move our bees to the cooler air of Meringerhof farm.
The thursday highlight - Brunch with hotelier Flavio
Flavio has a particularly soft spot for gourmets. Every thursday, he presides over the open kitchen and cheerfully prepares egg-based dishes for his guests, including scrambled eggs, fried eggs, omelettes, and crepes with Nutella or jam. Mhmmm…
The Place to be - The Lisetta restaurant with sun terrace
... is not only our favourite place, but also very popular with our guests: the many Mediterranean citrus plants, olive trees, and sunshine from morning to evening create a delightful atmosphere. The lovely terrace and lounge are always worth a visit. You can read the newspaper over breakfast in the morning, and order a snack such as a roll or toasted sandwich for your lunch. In the afternoon, you can enjoy a slice of homemade cake, or one of our small selection of refreshing ice creams, plus iced coffee, chocolate float, zabaglione cup, fruit cup, and hazelnut cup. Then in the evening, you can sip an aperitif before your meal or linger with an after-dinner drink.
* Extras such as cakes, ice cream and drinks are not included in the half-board tariff. We don’t offer ¾ board, because we don’t want to deny business to local eateries, mountain huts and other concerns.

… helped her mother and grandma cook for their large family when she was a little girl. But the magical moment for Alice was always making the dessert. She was fascinated to see how flour, eggs and sugar could be transformed into a gorgeous cake - and she still finds this amazing.
