Our most valued guests are well aware of the panoramic room and the stube, which form the backdrop to the most delicious moments of the day. We are very keen to pamper all our guests with the unique, seductive flavours of our kitchen.
This delight starts with breakfast in the morning and ends with dinner in the evening. These are special moments, in which we share the pleasure of good food with you.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That’s why we offer all our guests a large buffet, full of many delicious specialities, both sweet and savoury. In addition to preparation, we take great care and attention in selecting the products we use.
For us, it’s important that they are tasty and of great quality. For this reason, we only prepare our breakfast buffet using local products. Some are supplied by our trusted local farmers and producers. Others, we produce directly at Meringerhof, our family farm.
Located in Rablà in Val Venosta, we produce fruit juices, syrups, honey, jams, speck, cold cuts and cheeses at Meringerhof. You will find these in our breakfast buffet.
Dinner is also a special moment in the daily life of our hotel. Every day, we offer you a rich buffet of Italian appetisers and salads and a varied 5-course menu, from which you can choose whatever you like.
It includes Mediterranean cuisine and typical dishes from our Province. Each course is prepared with care and attention by Gianfranco, our chef, and his cheerful kitchen brigade. Once a week, Gianfranco is also the star of our exclusive Italian dinner when he comes to enhance the selection of typical pasta dishes, which he prepares before your very eyes.
If you have any space left, allow yourself to be seduced by our dessert buffet. All desserts are prepared by Alice, our expert pastry chef.
